Interventions are carried out by prior appointment within the defined service area.

Base rate

Base rate: 25 € / hour
Minimum intervention duration: 2 hours

Zone 3 — 15 €

The minimum time includes

• travel to the intervention location
• preparation of tools
• organisation and planning of the work

After the intervention

After the work is completed, the client receives a receipt or invoice.

If the intervention proves impossible

If, after on-site inspection, it turns out that the work cannot be carried out (for example if the task requires specialised equipment or the intervention of a certified professional — electrician, plumber or a construction team), the following will be charged:

• travel fees
• 1 hour of work (inspection and evaluation of the situation)

Before requesting an intervention

Before requesting an intervention, it is recommended to describe the problem as precisely as possible and, if possible, send photos.

Emergency work

By prior agreement, urgent interventions can be carried out.

These interventions may take place:

• on weekdays after 18:00
• at weekends
• depending on availability in the schedule

Rate for urgent intervention

Rate: 40 € / hour
Minimum order: 2 hours
Minimum work amount: 80 €

Travel fees are added to this amount.

This rate applies to interventions carried out in the evening, at weekends or outside normal working hours.
