Terms of Service – Homme Toutes Mains 66

These terms govern home handyman services in Pyrénées-Orientales (66), including rates, responsibilities, urgent interventions, and service rules.

1. General Provisions

Services are provided **by appointment only**. These terms govern rates, minimum duration, urgent interventions, and service rules.

2. Base Rate

  • Rate: €25 / hour
  • Minimum duration: 2 hours
  • Longer blocks can be booked for larger tasks.

3. Access to the Worksite

The client must provide:

  • Free and safe access to the worksite
  • Uncluttered and safe environment (stairs, passages, children, pets)

Failure to comply may cause delays or impossibility of service, for which the provider is not responsible.

5. Minimum Time Includes

  • Travel to site

6. Service Impossible Due to Incorrect Information

If service is impossible due to inaccurate or misleading client information, only 1 hour + travel will be billed. Exception to standard rules to avoid conflicts.

7. Preparation for Service

  • Describe problem in detail
  • Send photos if possible
  • Provide approximate scope of work

8. Urgent Services

Available by prior agreement:

  • Weekdays after 6 PM
  • Weekends
  • Depending on availability

Rate: €40 / hour, min 2 hours, min amount €80 + travel fees.

9. Transparency of Rates

Costs are communicated in advance. No additional payment without prior client agreement.

10. Force Majeure

  • Bad weather

12. Scope of Work

16. Limitation of Liability
